Heat Exchangers
Rendeq, Inc. can build custom shell and tube heat exchangers for the smooth transfers of temperatures for liquid and vapors. Made from stainless and carbon steel manufactured to your specific needs.
Production time ranges from 16 weeks to 24 weeks.
Condensers
Rendeq’s air-cooled condensers are used in the condensing process for vapors emitted from the cooking process in the rendering industry as well as other industries. Multiple models are available depending on desired operating capacity.

Hydrolyzers
Rendeq’s continuous hydrolyzers are built to process chicken and turkey feathers as well as beef and hog hair. We currently offer 5 models of hydrolyzers ranging in capacity from 4,000 to 32,000+ pounds per hour.

Evaporators
Rendeq evaporators are easy to operate, energy efficient, and produce high product quality at a low operating cost. We manufacture falling film, rising film and combination evaporators. Our evaporators are used in rendering, agrichemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical applications.

Screw Conveyors
Rendeq screw conveyors range in diameter from 4” to 72”. All are manufactured to meet the specific performance and outputs that you require. Our screw conveyors are used in rendering, slaughtering, pet food, pre-heating, cooling, and straining applications.
