Everything we do begins with a mindset of upcycling. Upcycling begins with the thought that there is value in the whole process, not just the inputs. That there is no waste, only opportunities to do more with what we have been given. We apply that thinking to everything we do. The equipment we make. The service we perform. And the team that works tirelessly to serve our clients, our peers, and our community.
As a result, we are a collective of folks engaged in the production and service of upcycling equipment for the protein and pet food industries, seeking to pursue truth and integrity through the belief that there is no such thing as waste. We are committed to creating value for our clients, our team members, and our communities. Since we started RENDEQ, our company has been built on faith, family, and hard work. That tradition, our Core Values, and ‘doing what’s right’ are deeply embedded in our culture.
In the end, that means RENDEQ will always build and serve and help faithfully. We will look at what others toss away and say, “Give it here.” And we will value that gift and do something with it that serves.
